Earn Points by completing surveys, testing apps and games, signing up for offers, watching videos, entering giveaways and contests and referring friends. The more active you are, the more you earn.
👨💻 Can I use VPNs or multiple accounts?
No. Using VPNs, proxies, or creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will lead to a ban. We only allow one account per person and household.
⏳ Why are some of my Points on hold?
On Tapnoon, offer credits may be temporarily held for up to 90 days after completion. This hold is used to help prevent fraud and chargebacks, giving offer providers time to verify that the offer was completed legitimately. This is a standard practice across most reward platforms. ⚠️ Important Notes: Offers worth over 4,000 Points ($4.00 USD) are more likely to be held for review. The length of the hold depends on the offer type, provider, and your account activity. You can track your held Points and estimated release dates in your Profile → Activity History section. In some cases, you may request an early release by providing valid proof (e.g. confirmation emails, app screenshots, in-game levels) to our support team.
📈 How does the referral system work?
Invite friends using your referral link. You’ll earn a percentage of their Offerwall earnings — automatically and passively. Check the Referrals tab for your link and current commission rate.
📉 I completed an offer but didn't get my Points. What should I do?
If an offer didn’t credit, go to the Offerwall where you completed it and find the Support or Missing Points section. Submit a ticket with proof like screenshots or confirmation emails.
⏱️ How long does it take to receive my rewards?
Most withdrawals are processed within a few minutes, depending on the payment method and volume. Cryptocurrency is usually the fastest, while some gift cards may take longer. Crypto withdrawals for verified users are processed instantly.

🕒 Why was my offer marked as "Pending"?
Some offers take time to verify. App installs or finance offers may be marked Pending until you reach a required level, complete a deposit, or wait a verification period (usually 1–7 days). Patience pays off — just make sure you follow the steps correctly.
🔻 Why is my total available Points showing a negative balance?
Sometimes, completed surveys or offers are manually reviewed by the offer providers. If they detect inaccurate, fake, or inconsistent answers, they may issue a chargeback — meaning they take back the Points you originally earned. If your balance isn't high enough to cover the chargeback, your total Points will show as a negative amount. To avoid this, always provide honest and consistent answers on surveys, and follow all offer instructions carefully.
🗑️ How can I delete my Tapnoon account?
If you wish to delete your Tapnoon account, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request". Make sure to include your Tapnoon username in the message. Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion within 30 days. Note: Once your account is deleted, all data and Points associated with it will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
📲 Can I use Tapnoon on mobile?
Yes! Tapnoon is fully mobile-optimized. You can complete tasks, surveys, and even withdraw earnings straight from your phone.
🚫 Why is my Tapnoon account suspended?
Your account may be suspended if you violated our terms of service. This can happen for reasons such as using VPNs, proxies, or emulators, creating multiple accounts, submitting false information on surveys, or abusing offers. We monitor all activity closely to protect the platform and our partners. Suspended accounts may lose access to the platform and its features.
